One year since last update on 0.10

Hi,

I noticed that there is a huge set of bug-fixes (almost 250 or more) collected since 0.10.36, released in Feb-20,2012.
Also a lot of small changes in base/good etc.

Do we plan to mark an update to 0.10.36 ?
I talked to fedora test team, they wait for new release marking from this community.
