vp8enc element missing from 1.0.5 version of gstreamer bad plugins

Did you compile it yourself, or install distro packages? If the former,
did you have the libvpx development headers installed? If the latter,
what distro? They might have the vp8 plugin in a separate package or may
have forgotten to package it.
