how to solve jpegdec problem

Actually i need to combine this photo with video side by side and show it
using qt. 
But when i tried to do , its not worked. 
Then i tried to show image only by using qt but its exited with code 0. 
So i want to know why the programming exited with code 0?
Is it because of my gst?
I tried to follow example in internet but the same problem happend.
could somebody please help me.
