alsasrc vs autoaudiosrc

Hello

I have a problem with the use of the *autoaudiosrc* plugin.
I have made an app (Spectrum3d on Sourceforge) that analyses and displays
the spectrum in 3D. It has been developped on Ubuntu 10.04 and improved
since. The latest stable version works perfectly on Ubuntu 11.10 and Ubuntu
12.04. But on Ubuntu 12.10 it does't work anymore suddenly although nothing
has changed in the sources.
When the audio source is a recorded file, everything goes fine, but when the
audio source is the microphone, it seems to work randomly (usually it works
at the beginning, then when stopped, it won't start again, at the 2d or 3d
start). My pipeline includes the elements : autoaudiosrc, 3 equalizers,
filter, audioconvert, fakesink...
When I replace autoaudiosrc by *alsasrc*, everything works just fine...
Any clues, ideas please?

Victor
