audio conferencing application

Hi all,
   i'm planning to develop an audio conference application in a LAN. the
server can assign each client to a group and all the clients in a group can
talk and hear each other. It' possibile to achieve this using gstreamer? I
have already done a version of the application where a client talk to a UDP
multicast address and other clients listen to. Now i want a sor of audio
chat, every client can talk to every client in the same group. Also a
client can be popped from one group and added to another star talking with
the client in the new group. How can I achive this goal? I can create a
shoutcast channel, but how can I make all the clients talk and mix the
sounds in the same shoutcast channel?
