issue in setting pipeline again in PLAYING state once it got EOS

I'm sorry, I can't help you - I used about-to-finish signal more than one
year ago and I don't remember the details, I have no code from that time.  I
moved to using gnonlin because of a change in the software requirements.

Can anyone else help Rajnikant?
