Error while loading LIBGSTREAMER-0.10-0.DLL under Windows

Hey Guys,

i've just installed the Gstreamer Dev Files and the Runtime for x86 under
Windows 7. 
After that, i wrote a small demo app and link against the gstreamer libs.
Also the dll's are copied in \bin where the exe file is located.

At Startup i became the error "gst_app_sink_get_type()" is missing in
libgstreamer-0.10-0.dll.
In depends.exe tool, i see that there are some calls missing in the dll.

But the lib/dll are from the same version.
