Questions on MinGW configuration of GStreamer SDK Windows build

Hi, Andoni,

thank you very much for the links and information. Didn't notice those
article before.

And does the bootstrap download the same MinGW packages as available
here: http://www.freedesktop.org/software/gstreamer-sdk/data/packages/windows/toolchain/
? I found and tried them first, but it seems there're somehow no make
or mingw32-make in them.
