Still not working, here queue elements i have added. 

gst-launch-0.10  filesrc location=video.264   ! typefind ! queue ! shmsink
socket-path=/tmp/shmsink shm-size=10000000

gst-launch-0.10  shmsrc socket-path=/tmp/shmsink ! queue ! ffdec_h264 !
xvimagesink
