Error in setting up a gst pipeline (example)

I did exactly the opposite: I used gstreamer-sdk from 
http://docs.gstreamer.com/display/GstSDK/Installing+on+Windows, not 
OSSBuild.
I thought ossbuild has been superseded by gstreamer-sdk.
