gstreamer-1.0 theora playback regression

Hi,

After upgrading from gstreamer-0.10 to gstreamer-1.0, some ogg theora
videos don't play back on platforms such as the OLPC XO. The CPU usage
goes to 100% and the video is unwatchable.

Just wondering if I could steal some developer attention for this regression? :)
