Does GStreamer 1.0.5 Binaries build from MINGW/MSYS be used in VS 2008 to build additional GStreamer elements.

I build GStreamer 1.0.5 from
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/BuildGStreamerWithMinGWAndMsys which
is working with Visual Studio 2008, also everything is fine when I create a
element from visual studio with these binaries.
