Here my pipeline :

*gst-launch-1.0 -v udpsrc multicast-iface=eth1 uri=udp://225.1.3.1:11000
caps=application/x-rtp ! rtpmp4vdepay ! avdec_mpeg4 ! videoconvert !
videorate ! video/x-raw,framerate=25/1 ! avenc_mpeg4 ! avimux ! filesink
location=test.avi*
