libgstlame for Windows

Hi Alls,
It is my first project with gsreamer .... :-)
I started some testes with gstreamer-0.10 on Debian Squeeze and Windows and
want convert wav to mp3.
It wroks well with ont the Squeeze box but I can't get libgstlame.dll on
WIndows 7 box cause libgstlame.dll is missing.

Windows installation made like explain in the link :
