However I would recommend to use the following cerbero branch
"upstream-1.0" instead of the old 0.10 version:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~slomo/cerbero/log/?h=upstream-1.0

For that replace the "package" step from the instructions with
"package gstreamer-1.0" instead of "package gstreamer-sdk".
