[uvch264src in 1.1.1.1] "Got data flow before segment event" warnings until crash

Hi Peter and Tim,

I tried several experiments and came to the conclusion that the problem
lies in v4l2src as the port of uvch264_src from 0.10 to uvch264src for 1.x
looked really straight forward IMHO when I did a file comparison and went
over the porting guide.  Whoever did it did a great job.  v4l2src 0.10 to
1.x changed significantly...I really did not have a chance to go over the
differences with the porting guide in hand for v4l2src (0.10 uvch264_src
works for me and I had to move on to some other issues in my application).
However, I did notice on a blog a conversation between Wim and other
developers on a v4l2src architectural issue that seemed like it might
pertain to this issue.
