stream video file via tcpserversink

Hi,
While trying to stream a video file(.avi or .mov) via tcpserversink,pipeline
execution terminated as shown below.
>gst-launch  filesrc location=file.ogg ! queue ! tcpserversink
host=10.1.124.99 port=500
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
Pipeline is PREROLLED ...
Setting pipeline to PLAYING ...
New clock: GstSystemClock
Got EOS from element "pipeline0".
Execution ended after 68443653 ns.
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Setting pipeline to READY ...
Setting pipeline to NULL ...
Freeing pipeline ...

How can we stream a file without decoding it via tcp.
