cmd pipeline works and program pipeline doesn´t

Hello everybody, i have a problem.

I´m using gstreamer to handle two cameras on my embedded board with
HW-acceleration.
When i use the cmd pipeline the acceleration works fine.
But when i use an appsink to get the images in my opencv buffer it dowsn´t
work.
The cpu load with acceleration is as high as without.

Can anyone help me??
