Video Rectangle size Reset

OK, I finally did it by using a scalar , filter with width and height caps.
Currently i set the width and height to some specific value , but in general
it may vary with respect to screen sizes, how will set the size of video to
automatically change depends on the screen size.

is there a any api to get the screen sizes so that i choose what size to
use.
