appsink uses high cpu load

Hi,

i´m programming a stereocamerasystem on an embedded board (Pandaboard)
running Ubuntu 12.04.
I found out that a usual pipeline using the cpu produces more frames per
second than a hardware accelerated one.
I´m trying to use appsink to get the buffer of gstreamer hw accelerated into
an opencv image (iplimage).
On my desktop everything works ecxept the hw accel. 

The module ducatijpegdec used in the cmd works perfect with about 20% CPU
loadin HD. 

Does anyone know whats wrong?
