JPEG 2000 plugins

Hi gstreamers,
I am building an application that should receive a J2K (jpeg 2000) stream
via IP camera. So I need some plugins I don't have, and I am not sure they
exist. These would be:
- J2K rtp depay
- J2K decoder

I am using gstreamer 0.10.6 right now. Is it possible to add those plugins
to my gstreamer installation? I found the 1.0.8 binaries, but I'm not sure
the plugins I need are included there.

Any leads on this will be helpful.
