Gstreamer 1.0 VS 2010

Hi, I'm trying to use version 1.0 for some VS projects, I'm trying to run
this simple example:

Chapter 4. Initializing GStreamer

It builds but I get this error:
Could not find entry point for g_array_set_clear_func in the dynamic link
library libglib-2.0-0.dll.
