Yes, it's a Http proxy. I tried your solution, but nothing change.

Sorry, I just see that I only post the debug info, not error message :/

The exact error message is : 
Message: Cannot resolve proxy hostname (HÕ)
Debug Info: gstsouphttpsrc.c(924): gst_soup_http_src_finished_cb ():

It's really weird, that the hostname equals HÕ...
