i686-w64-mingw32-g++ failing in Cerbero

The build is already quite slow and it's even slower in a VM :)

There are a few tricks to speed up the builds:
1) Enable parallel builds adding allow_parallel_build=True in the
configuration  (uses make -j<num_cpu>)
2) Enable configure cached variables setting use_configure_cache=True
 (calls configure with --cache-file=path/to/cache/file)

But even with that, the whole build takes around 8 hours in a i5  :)
