How to use gstreamer joint and play 2 file on 2 server?

Hi all,
I have a C appilication split mp4 file to 2 part and save to 2 file:
part 1 : 1.mdata ( atom mdat ) and save it on server 1 with link (
http://test1.com/1.mdat)
part 2 : 2.ext ( include ) and save it on server 2 with link (
http://test2.com/2.ext)
I want to use gstreamer joint and play 2 file as mp4 file original. Can you
help me? any idea! Plz
