You got me.  I could have sworn I saw an ffmpeg somewhere in there -
wherever "there" is.  I am too tired these days.  Sorry about that.

Last questions:   
What do I "build" or "package" to regenerate the msi's?  
How do I get the 1.0 msi's?  It sure looks like the 1.0 code got built!
