libgstrtsp-0.10-0.dll crashs if the system date is set to 2038-01-19

Hello,

Our gststreamer-0.10-based windows application fails to launch live streaming from a camera running rtsp server if the system where the application is running on is set to 2038-01-19 or after. Does anyone know if there is a patch for this plugin or know how to deal with this issue?
