status of GStreamer on android

There are a couple of elements that might be missing yet for your scenario
in android, a video source element (which should be really easy to
implement ~1day) and support for video encoding in androidmedia for using
the system's H264 encoder instead of x264. There are some working patches (
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=57831) but it might need more
testing in other devices.
