Adding SPS header to H.264 data

Hi All, 

I am trying to write a stream of H.264 data that I receive over a network to
a file. The H.264 data doesn't contain any Sequence Parameter Set (SPS)
concatenated. Can any one of you please tell me how to concatenate the SPS
header to the H.264 data using GStreamer ?
