gstreamer.net general docs seem to be down.

Trying to access for example the Application Development Manual gives the
following HTTP error:

Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection

I noticed some problems (possibly same as this) earlier in the week, so
maybe it's already being fixed, but just thought I'd point it out anyway.
