Gstreamer plugin :expose pad

I read the section for autoplugging in the guider but I don't know yet how I
can make my plugin auto detected by decodebin2 .
I want to specify its type media to h264 .
Can you indicate me the process to do to make my plugin auto detected its
type such as oggdemux ?
