New to gstreamer pluging writing

Dear Nox Deleo & Tim-Philipp Müller,

My Ubuntu version is 11.04.
For time being, my colleague has given me command-line compilation
statement to build gstream-plugin. Presently I am using that.
I will try your suggestion after done with my task.

Also I have question about version of gstreamer to installand what are all
dependencies to install to make it work properly?
