Build GStreamer 1.0.5 for Windows

I'm sorry for this question, But how i can build gstreamer 1.0.5 for
Windows?
The page BuildGStreamerWithMinGWAndMsys<http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/BuildGStreamerWithMinGWAndMsys>has
been removed
from Wiki.

Please help.
