gstreamer 1.x on centos 6.4

Thanks to both Chuck and David for the advice.  I'll checkout rpmfusion and
see what I can do with that.

This page ( http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/plugins.html )
actually lists rtpvp8depay twice -- once under plugins-good and once under
plugins-bad.  That has me totally confused.
