Problems building from git.

I'd do a make and run gst-inspect. If even basic stuff is missing (like
can't create fakesink), then you need to figure if at runtime it picks
up stuff from the installed packages or something like it. Also when
building from git you needs lots of devel packages. Something that is
useful on debian based systems is to run apt-get build-dep <names of all
the gstreamer packages>.
