mp4mux streamable

Want to get clarity on mp4mux streamable property. Can I stream it to html5
player if a video is muxed with mp4mux with streamable property i.e. can I
sent byte data from a server as response to the URL accessed by video
elements url's property ?

When I saved video which was mp4mux'ed with streamable property into a file
and tried to play using  mplayer, it gave error  indicating 'moov atom not
found' . 

Any help will be much appreciated.
