Are you sure you want to use v4lsink? This requires specialized video
hardware not normally found on a computer (ie, a movie encoding board or
similar.) Your lack of a /dev/video0 is a likely indicator that you do not
have the hardware.
If you just want to watch a movie under linux, you should use xvimagesink
instead.
