questions about cerbero

Meanwhile I spent many days trying to build gstreamer with cerbero. But it
gives me always new error I don't understand.

 

So does anybody know what do do exactly to build with 32 and 64 fot win 7
using mingw?

Which mingw version?

Which mingw install settings?

Which cerbero config? Default or config/windows.config?

Which cerbero version? Head or 2012.11 tag?

 

Currently I always get this error:
