How to register custom plug-in in gstreamer 1.0?

I assume you already built it, so you just need to tell GStreamer
about it by setting the environment variable GST_PLUGIN_PATH to the
path where your plugin is or install/copy it in the default GStreamer
plugin path. I prefer the former.
