Using rtsp-server on main loop

If I use rtsp-server on anything but mainloop the server doesn't work
reliably, if at all.

I would like to launch multiple instances of rtsp-server from the same
process (Linux), what is the best way to do that? Is there a way to do that
with or without mainloop?
