Gstreamer audio only and wowza

Has anyone built an audio pipeline (prefer LGPL only) that can happily be
sent to Wowza and served to clients?  I can certainly use FAAD to get an
LGPL AAC encoding.  What do I do with the AAC to make Wowza happy with it? 
RTPSINK, perhaps?

Could you also share the Wowza setup that handled this?
