OSSbuild-type Gstreamer 1.0 on Windows

Josh,

Thanks for the help. I have MinGW installing now. BIG thing ain't it?

What I was asking is, what subset of all this installed stuff and stuff I
compile for Gstreamr would I have to package to make a minimum installable
binary for another machine? I plan on compiling a Gstreamer app and
distributing it to several (hundreds?) machines. I don't want to have to
install all the stuff it takes to make Gstreamer, just the stuff it takes to
run it. This is the beauty of the OSSbuilds approach.

Wes
