Why is FAAD GPL while FAAC is not

FAAD is GPL, so the Gst element must be. Though this is not best
practice, as using it would make GST GPL, which may cause bunch or legal
conflict (INAL). Thus we put it in Bad.

FAAC is LGPL, which is compatible with everything else (INAL).
