the code for
alsa: fix supported format detection. (

Can I patch to 0.10.36 release?
Because I need this function , and gstreamer I use is 0.10.36 release.
There are a lot of difference between mime and master.
I am not sure that is workable for 0.10.36.
Do you have any idea?
