Receive Pipeline not going to playing state when rtmpsrc with mpegtsdemux is used.

Just an observation, to get this to work*thank you, thank you, thank you) I
had to omit the live=1 bit from the rtmpsrc args.  I wonder if this were
supposed to be outside the quotes anyway as it is not part of the location
name and the quotes should pass their whole contents as the location?
