Set object property in gst-launch

I think you have a syntax error there:

gst-launch playbin uri=file:///c:/blah.mp3 audiosink=pulsesink

or

gst-launch playbin uri=file:///c:/blah.mp3 audiosink=alsasink

If you want anything more complicated you'll need to use a program, not a
command line gst-launch.
