Pipline stuck on aspect ratio change of transport stream

Hello, 

when I am recoding DVB recordings (transport stream with MPEG2-Video and MP2 
audio - DVB-T SD material) my encoding pipeline (using gst-omx omxh264enc on 
RPi) gets stuck when the aspect ratio of the video stream changes. 

Does anyone know if this is a limitation of the broadcom chip or if this 
might be a bug in gst-omx?
