HELP gst-launch can not decode mp3 normally when running on lexra(MIPS like) CPU

mad mp3 decoder plugin (libmad) clearly sends in little endian?
But I see the verbose output as 
'GstMad:mad0.GstPad:src: caps = audio/x-raw-int, endianness=(int)4321,
signed=(boolean)true, width=(int)32, depth=(int)32, rate=(int)44100,
channels=(int)2'

'mad plugins' src caps supports only 'endianness: 1234' ??
