udpsink does not work in Windows 8!

I've tried with various gstreamer versions, including the latest under 32 and
64 bit versions. No data is transmitted through UDP (checked with Wireshark
and with various client/server configurations of gstreamer). Also, if I do:

gst-launch audiotestsrc ! udpsink --gst-debug=udpsink:5

then I get no debug messages whatsoever. Does anyone know how to get it to
work?
