What is the different between gstreamer-1.0-x86-1.2.1-merge-modules.zip and gstreamer-1.0-x86-1.2.1.msi?

That's currently maintained by myself. Not sure yet where or if and how
we will provide that as part of the GStreamer project anytime soon.
